Warranty terms
Warranty covers product or installation defects during the warranty period. Warranty is void if the customer replaces cartridges/filters by themselves or through another company. Warranty does not cover misuse, breakage, tampering with the installation, unsuitable water pressure, or external conditions not related to the original installation.
